Lift アカウントの削除方法

モバイルアプリ「Lift」のアカウントとそれに関連するデータの削除を申請する方法をご案内します。
Lift は 株式会社中小企業のチカラ（SMEs Chikara） が運営し、技術開発・配信を TKS Vietnam（TKS-V） が担当しています。
方法1：アプリ内で削除する（推奨）
- Lift アプリを起動
- 「プロフィール」タブを開く
- 「設定」→「アカウント削除」を選択
- 確認画面で「削除する」をタップ
申請後、アカウントは即座に無効化され、関連データは 30日以内 に完全に削除されます。
方法2：メールで申請する（アプリにアクセスできない場合）
以下の宛先までメールでご連絡ください：
本人確認の後、7営業日以内に対応いたします。
削除されるデータ
- アカウントプロフィール（氏名、写真、連絡先情報）
- すべてのチャットメッセージ
- PR案件の応募履歴・投稿写真
- SNS連携情報（Instagram、TikTok など）
- デバイス識別子・利用ログ
保存され続けるデータ（法令上必要な場合）
- 会計法上必要な取引記録（最大7年間）
- セキュリティ監査ログ（最大2年間）
削除完了後、同じ電話番号で再度ご登録いただくことが可能ですが、過去のデータは復元できません。

How to delete your Lift account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Lift account and associated data.
Lift is operated under the brand of 株式会社中小企業のチカラ (SMEs Chikara), with technical development and distribution by TKS Vietnam (TKS-V).
Option 1: Delete in-app (recommended)
- Open the Lift app
- Tap the "Profile" tab
- Go to Settings → "Delete Account"
- Confirm "Delete"
Your account is immediately disabled. Associated data is fully purged within 30 days.
Option 2: Email request (if you cannot access the app)
Send an email with:
- To: [email protected]
- Subject: Lift Account Deletion Request
- Body: Your registered phone number; registered email (optional)
We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 7 business days.
Data that will be deleted
- Account profile (name, photos, contact info)
- All chat messages
- PR campaign application history and uploaded photos
- SNS linking tokens (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Device identifiers and usage logs
Data retained for legal compliance
- Transaction records (up to 7 years, Japanese tax law)
- Security audit logs (up to 2 years)
After deletion, you may register again with the same phone number, but past data cannot be recovered.
